Sweet Berry Farm
Are farmers markets your thing? Do you enjoy picking your own fresh fruit and flowers? Does a quiet lunch outside by a field of sunflowers sound inviting? If you answered yes to any of these you need to make a visit to Sweet Berry Farm!
Jess and I have been many times for blueberry and strawberry picking, and I DJ’d a wedding there a few years back. It’s our summer go to farm for “pick your own” and very much worth the 35 minute ride.
Today I made the short ride by myself to pick blueberries and blackberries and as I was walking around I thought… we really should add Sweet Berry to our blog.
Sweet Berry really does have it all. You can grab a table inside or outside with a cup of coffee and a baked good or have a fresh sandwich, slice a pizza or a cup of soup. Not full just yet? Maybe a cone of ice cream for dessert will satisfy your sweet tooth. You can grab breakfast, lunch and even take home a gourmet dinner! Need I say more????
As I’m typing this at close to midnight I’m thinking about all of the great things they have to eat! Absolute heaven!! But wait!!!! There’s more! Sweet Berry offers a myraid of to go sandwiches, and desserts, fresh baked breads and a variety of cheeses.

Sweet Berry is also a great place to pick up fresh produce, frozen goodies, prepared foods, jam, jellies and so much more!! They also do site rentals for weddings and special events from May until Christmas.
As you can see I grabbed a few other goodies along with my blueberries and blackberries. I had to stop myself or I would have bought more!!
As I stand outside and take it all in , I can truly appreciate the year round work that goes into a farm of this quality.
